Cherry-red colour, with a low layer of colour. With red-fruit (redcurrant), balsamic and black-pepper aromas. On the palate, it is refreshing, balsamic with hints of spices and a fine palate.
This wine is made with grapes from our vines of red caíño grapes that are more than 100 years old.
After fermenting in French oak barrels, our caíño red wine is matured for 3 months in barrels, constantly seeking the greatest expression of this grape variety’s differential character with a subtle contribution from the wood.
